The Grosvenor Hotel, Victoria is a very popular city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. And we are about to open a brand new Restaurant - THE SOAK The Soak is a unique destination for dining, drinking and entertainment opening at the end of April, combining a relaxed attitude, driven by the style of the Parisian influenced building we sit in, with innovative signature dishes and drinks.

The Role

If you would like to be a part of this opening, then apply now. As Cocktail Bartender you will ensure that each and every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional experience. Friendly and attentive, you will be able to anticipate each guest's individual needs. You will have a good understanding of mixology, wines and spirits and will get a real kick out of going the extra mile to surprise and delight. You will be able to bring personality creativity and flair to the role and your experience and knowledge mean you are confident to recommend and up-sell.

What we look for

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced high profile restaurant or cocktail bar
  • Knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails
