The Role

Assistant Front Office Manager (Fixed Term)

We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join us at Innside Manchester on a fixed term basis for 3 months.

Innside Manchester is a 4*, contemporary hotel which has 208 spacious rooms and excellent facilities.

Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, you main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering a first class experience to all guests
- Upselling hotel bedrooms and facilities
- Full support and guidance to the team
- Supervising the hand-over between each Reception shift, including nights
- Dealing with complaints promptly and efficiently
- Health & safety, fire and security compliance
- Liaise and work closely with Reception, Housekeeping, Reservations and Accounts

Experience required:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Previous experience using the Opera system
