We are looking for an enthusiastic reservations agent to join a very busy reservations department of a Melia's flagship hotel in London.

If you have a passion for hospitality, are good with multitasking while having the highest attention to details and enjoy speaking to people over the phone, then we need you.

Main duties during your day would be:

To ensure that all telephone and email enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

To ensure that the Daily Task duties are completed on the daily basis.

To demonstrate Melia values at all times when dealing with guests, booker and colleagues.

To demonstrate the highest attention to details when performing reservations tasks and to recognize Sales leads and potential business.
