Revenue Manager

The Role

Melia White House is looking for an exceptionally talented Revenue Manager to join our leadership team.

The successful individual will be a forward and strategic thinker who has experience in dealing with properties of 400 bedrooms or more. The candidate must have great communication skills with the ability to understand all aspects of a hotel business. The ideal candidate will be driven and analytical coupled with excellent people management skills.

You would be responsible for:

  • Maximisation of Bedroom and C&B Sales, maintaining a consistent selling strategy across all reservations systems.
  • Ensure a commercial approach is applied to all business opportunities, ensuring that upi keep up to date with global, local and environmental issues impacting London and the Hotel.
  • Revenue analysis; reporting and advising management through analysis of production statistics and yield information to identify potential new business, markets and trends.
  • Ensuring that all revenue related systems are kept up to date with accurate information and that company standards are complied with fully.
  • Developing your Assistant Revenue Manager / Yield Executive's individual skills and performance, and contributing to the development of the wider hotel team, including the Reservations department.
  • Monitoring and taking action to ensure that your key performance targets are met.
