Guest Service Agent
We are looking for a friendly and courteous Guest Service Agent to join the team at Melia White House.
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay with us.
A successful Guest Service Agent will actively demonstrate excellence in customer service at all times. You will anticipate and identify guests expectations, ensuring that their needs are met and where possible exceeded.
You will ensure that all guests are greeted and acknowledged immediately on arrival at the desk and assist them with any enquiries which they have.
You will be required to be knowledgeable of all activities and events happening at the hotel and the local areas in order to provide fantastic customer service. Additionally you will work closely with the reception team, assisting them with check in / check out during busy periods.
