You will play a key part in our vision for TOPSHOP TOPMAN Oxford Circus to be “The #1 Fashion Destination”. You work with the Regional L&D team of the Oxford Circus Flagship Store to support and drive the Store and National L&D Strategy. You will be training all new starters through the Induction process, setting expectations of Flagship Service through delivery of Service Training for the Shop Floor and Till Point. Your aim is to ensure each new starter receives the best first impression and insight into one of the most iconic Fashion Stores in the world. You role model service behaviours at all times, responding to retail needs and store calendar events, through the design and delivery of creative training solutions.
You report into the Regional L&D Officer and work as part of the Regional HR, Recruitment and L&D Team at the Topshop Topman Flagship. You are a natural self-starter & motivator with a passionate, engaging and enthusiastic delivery style. You are seen as a Brand Ambassador, approachable at all times whilst having confidence in building and sustaining relations with your business partners. You are able to design training solutions which reflect what’s needed in an ever-changing fast paced business. You will take ownership in supporting the learning requirements of the largest population in store, which has a total head count of approx. 750 sales advisor employees. You will role model operational excellence through sharing expertise, attention to detail and an organised approach. You will work with the pace and energy to reflect the buzz and atmosphere of our ‘one of a kind’ Flagship Store.
