The Job

As the Creative Projects Manager, you will be an instrumental part of the team; it is the link between our in-house team of creatives, our internal clients and stakeholders. You will drive projects through the Creative department, ensuring they are executed following appropriate processes and schedules, which you will own.

Focusing on end to end creation and delivery of digital assets, you will work broadly across the functions within the department (Art Direction, Shoot Production, Digital Design, Graphic/Retail Design) to ensure alignment across project-specific creative deliverables.

Day to Day

  • Providing end to end project management, working in collaboration with our in-house design team to deliver on creative briefs and projects, communicating and driving progress of all aspects from kick-off to delivery.
  • Keeping up to date on upcoming projects in order to manage and plan schedules through the department, ensuring schedules are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and act as a liaison between Creative and the wider business, such as Buying, Digital, Marketing and VM.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels, supporting the Creative department with planning and tracking priorities.
  • Ability to drive results through individual performance, setting clear goals and managing accountability.

Must Haves

  • Passion for the TOPSHOP TOPMAN Brands
  • Broad-ranging experience managing fashion retail creative projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of delivery requirements across photography and video.
  • Thorough understanding of creative processes for all fashion retail platforms.
  • Experience in setting clear departmental targets and goals.
  • Highly organised, experience of working with and maintaining processes.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Ability to shift focus to business priorities as needed and excited by change.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • MAC software knowledge.
  • Print production knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Team player – but can work on own and uses own initiative.
  • Proactive with driving own development.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
