The Job

Our Personal Shopping department is famous for its unique shopping experience. The role of the Personal Shopper is to inspire the Personal Shopping Assistant to create an experience like no other. They are responsible for driving new business, whilst also maintaining great relationships with their current clients. Working closely with Head Office and the store Management teams, they also organise events to drive footfall into the store.

Must Haves

  • Currently a Personal Shopper in a similar fashion environment (with a current client base).
  • Genuine love for TOPSHOP and proud to be a Brand Ambassador.
  • Passion for customer service, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront of everything that the team do.
  • The ability to network across all levels.

  • Strong understanding of how to use commercial tools in order to effectively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Awareness of local knowledge to pro-actively seek, anticipate and respond to shifting trends and new market opportunities.

  • Proactive approach to self-development as well as the development of others.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and accountability for making decisions and communicating them effectively to the team.
