Overview

As an Online Trading Assistant working for TOPMAN you will support the digital merchandising team and ensure that we maximize sales potential on our 3rd party websites (mainly international) to the full. Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain a list of SKU’s that are being sold on partner websites- Use SKU list to send TOPMAN product copy and product images.
• Using SKU lists send any relevant Campaign imagery to partners on a weekly basis.
• Understand Digital Style Guide to ensure partners are presenting our brand in the desired way. E.g. copy placement, CTA’s, Hero images.
• Work with partners to supply relevant editorials and/or style guides that can be edited for partner sites.
• Build point of contact and strong relationship with partner websites to maximize sharing of assets.
• Use Digital Planning Calendar to understand upcoming campaigns and events that partners will require imagery for.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with other functions of the brand, most importantly Wholesale and Brand Merch.
• Carrying out ad hoc analysis on performance (including comparisons to topman.com)
• Weekly French translations for fr.topman.com
• Resolving adhoc queries arising from internal teams and partners
• Supporting Online Trading Manager with various tasks including:
o Planning partner marketing messages and homepages
o Reviewing how our brand is represented on partner sites
o Supporting with launch of new sites when appropriate
o Briefing creative team on partner requirements

 

Must Haves


Skills / experience required

• Previous office experience is not required
• Strong excel skills are key in this role
• Fluent in French
• Able to give feedback based on partners ability to meet style guide requirements.
• Preferably have a fashion related, business or numerical degree.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Good organization skills to manage the different assets available.
• Able to build strong working relationships both within and outside of immediate team
