Stratford is an ever evolving and fast paced, high profiled store and can be found at the entrance of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The Shopping Centre was purposely built for the 2012 Olympics and since then our Stratford store has become one of the highest profiled stores in the business. It has a Management team of 16 and a store team of over 150 staff. It trades over 2 floors with TOPMAN sitting next to TOPSHOP on the top floor. The pace is unreal and atmosphere keeps our customers coming back for more.

The Job

Our Deputy Service Managers are multi-talented and can turn their hand to anything. They have a variety of focus areas which means they are always learning new things. They are repsonbile for nurturing and growing sales and service focussed teams to drive the retail business forward, alongside being responsible for supporting all operations within store, both front and back of house.

Must Haves

  • Management experience in a retail environment (ideally Fashion).
  • Genuine love for TOPSHOP TOPMAN and proud to be a Brand Ambassador.
  • Passion for customer service, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront of everything that the team do.
  • Strong understanding of how to use commercial tools to create a good balance between visual and commercial.
  • Strong awareness of local knowledge to pro-actively seek, anticipate and respond to shifting trends and new market opportunities.
  • Engaging and fun Leadership style that empowers the team with the ability to give feedback.
  • Self aware and proactive approach to self development as well as the development of others.
  • Creating a culture where well-being matters and good performance is rewarded and recognised.
  • Ability to react quickly to changing situations, and delivering at pace.
