Our US Head Office is located in the heart of Soho, located above our first US Flagship. The functions we have in the US Head Office are Press and Marketing, Design, Retail Operations and Human Resources. It's an every-changing environment with daily visitors from our business partners around the world. An exciting opportunity has come up to join the US Corporate Team as Retail Operations Manager. This role will be based within our New York Corporate team but you will be required to travel across our US stores.
In this role you will lead the financial and operational processes for the 11 stores in the US and ensure that we establish consistent implementation of all operational processes. You will utilise your knowledge of Finance, Facilities Management, Health & Safety and local legislation to implement and streamline processes to ensure stores are legally compliant. You will also work as part of the US Senior Leadership team to drive projects on a country level, building strong relationships with our UK Head Office functions.
