The Job

As a Junior Art Director at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, you will be working to ensure we are first in capturing the emerging trends, and translating these into campaign graphics with a TOPSHOP TOPMAN aesthetic. You will work closely with the Art Director, Project Manager and the rest of the creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the senior Creative team to create and set the vision for the season.

Working on projects from creative concept through to artwork.

Covering briefs for all types of printed material, including new store openings, brand-building events, marketing campaigns and in store communication materials.

Seeking innovation and inspiration to keep TOPSHOP TOPMAN ahead of the field and share findings with the wider team.

Demonstrating innovative ideas, which support business growth.

Proactively driving own development.

Enjoying working in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Must Haves

Passion for the TOPSHOP TOPMAN Brands and strong customer knowledge.

Ability to shift focus to business priorities as needed and excited by change.

Ability to build strong relationships with key business areas.

Demonstrating the ability to stay positive under pressure and stay focused on goals.

Excellent Mac CC skills.

Excellent artworking skills – Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design.

Good repro, production and print knowledge.

Team player with excellent communication skills – ability to liaise at all levels.

Highly organised, self-motivated, competent and can use own initiative.

Fashion Retail experience – a plus but not essential.

Minimum four years Graphic Design experience.
