As a Marketing Assistant you must have a passion for fashion and social culture, and want to be immersed in a creative and fast paced, energetic team. The role is for someone very articulate, creative, hardworking and ambitious. You will be expected to be flexible and work alongside several people within the marketing team and colleagues to support each other.

The Job

 Launching Office management; handling calls and emails, post, and general support of the marketing team with administrative functions (e.g. raising PO's, organising supplies & stationery orders, travel & accommodation, flowers etc.).
 Supporting the Brand Activation Marketing team with informational needs and distribution of key reports, evaluations, briefings etc. ensuring the communication is clear and concise.
 Providing support to UK Senior Marketing Manager and Global Head of Brand Activation with day to day administrative tasks.
 Providing support to ongoing projects and events across all platforms and in-store - coordinating instore events, Personal Shopping events, booking venues, sourcing gifts, briefing creative and online teams, agencies, suppliers and store teams. Note: the candidate should be flexible and able to travel if required.
 Monitoring of Marketing collateral (i.e. graphics, promotional literature, films) within store network and ensuring adequate levels of stock.
 Assisting marketing team with key brand reports e.g. Competitor media reviews, research findings, visual presentations (boards, PowerPoint presentations on store openings, events etc.).
 Assisting in providing campaign analysis e.g. sales figures & customer feedback from store openings, eCRM and digital results from brand campaigns, ensuring KPIs are delivered.
 Researching background information for creative project briefings.
 Attending & contributing to weekly team meetings & brainstorm sessions.
 Contributing to the overall brand vision & marketing plan.
 Constantly be on the lookout for innovating & exciting new opportunities that would add value to the consumer experience.

Must Haves

• Passion for the TOPSHOP TOPMAN Brands and strong customer knowledge.
• The ability to shift focus to business priorities as needed and excited by change.
• Experience in setting clear departmental targets and goals.
• Strong interest in fashion, trends & youth culture.
• Excellent organisation & planning skills.
• The ability to work as part of the team and as a motivated individual.
• A strong sense of initiative and a "can do attitude".
• Be able to take direction and produce results independently.
• Be able to contribute fresh & innovative ideas.
• A strong commercial awareness.
• Proficient in excel, word, PowerPoint, social media.
• 1+ years fashion/ retail experience.
