We’re so excited about our first Floridian store. Aventura Mall, Miami is home to our 11th US store located in the newest wing of the mall. This great new concept store will spans two levels, with 12,700 square feet dedicated to TOPSHOP on the second floor and a 5,600 square feet TOPMAN on the first floor. The Aventura Mall is Miami’s premier fashion destination and one of America’s most visited shopping centers according to Travel + Leisure magazine, Aventura Mall features a collection of upscale boutiques and more than 300 of the world’s most iconic retailers.

The Job


• Recognized for delivering an exceptional customer experience with a focus of generating repeat clients through establishing a loyal customer base
• Inspire customers on product and trends by being a Brand Ambassador and consistently delivering the ‘Fashion Role Model’ expectation
• Connect with Customers by demonstrating a flexible selling style
• Be recognized as a trend and style expert to advise clients and demonstrate 'Know Your Stuff'
• Support All Sizes Out through effectively managing stock held in the space
• When involved in a difficult situation with a client, seek support from the management team
• Manage your time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of clients first to deliver an elevated service experience
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of key product and trend in the industry, utilizing editorial and creative skills to identify the best garments for the client
• Offer a seamless customer experiencing, driving incremental sales through booked appointments to wide client audience


• Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward
• Utilize all resources and techniques to achieve individual sales goals and drive the departments success
• Keep up to date with what's happening in the Brand and the latest trends and product
• Promote all Brand initiatives which support a multichannel customer experience
• Highlight any opportunities to drive an elevated client experience
• Effectively follow all client transaction is to minimize cash and product losses
• Support ad-hoc projects that drive the Brand and department's profile
• Create a luxury environment by maintaining housekeeping and delivering department standards
• Maintain a safe environment for your team and the clients by following health and safety guidelines
• Proactively utilize outreach training and resources to build and maintain external contacts for example other personal shopping services, bloggers and influencers
• Attend networking events to drive the department profile and build a personal profile in the local market
• Build and maintain a client database and adhere to all data protection requirements
• Identify event opportunities and support the department and store to facilitate events internally and externally
• Utilize client database to follow up and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge and adherence to all company policies and procedures


• Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
• Support the performance and development of the Personal Shopping Assistants through observation and feedback
• Help create a fun culture that people want to be part of acting as a Brand Ambassador
• Connect with store management teams to communicate key successes and opportunities within the department
• Utilize all internal and external communication methods to drive the success of the department
• Respond positively to feedback always seeing it as an opportunity to grow
• Demonstrate self-awareness and proactivity in regards to personal development and seeking opportunities to grow
• Liaise the Brand Digital teams as requested to support content for all social media platforms
• Support with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Positively promote the department and the service with the rest of the store team and be seen as an expert in selling and styling
