The Job

Customer

• Recognized for delivering an exceptional internal and external customer experience
• Inspire customers on product and trend by dressing as a ‘Fashion Role Model’
• ‘Connect with customers’ by demonstrating a flexible service and selling style
• Develop knowledge needed to answer any customer question, demonstrating ‘know your stuff’
• Understand the impact that having ‘All Sizes Out’ has on customer experience
• When involved in a difficult customer situation, actively seek advice from a Team Lead or Manager
• Play an active part in ensuring stock availability for the customer
• Maintain housekeeping and retail standards across the sales floor in order to drive silent service
• Manage time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of the customer first to ensure that Product tasks don’t impact on the customer experience
• Flexibility to support retail teams in sales floor functions in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Store

• Maintain an exceptional shopping experience for the customer by ensuring all product and sizes are on the sales floor
• Utilize and maintain all tools and equipment to drive product to the sales floor
• Able to manage multiple requests to ensure the customer is always the priority
• Share product knowledge with the Visual team to ensure that product placement is correct
• Utilize tools available to identify best sellers, locating product across the floor and prioritize replenishment
• Keep up to date with what’s happening in the brand and the latest trends and product
• Promote all brand initiatives which support the perfect operation (all sizes out, one-picks and e-plen)
• Able to recognize and identify product by department to support with size checks, price changes and promotional offers
• Support the back of house team in the correct handling and processing transfers and damages
• Highlight any opportunities to do things better to the Team Lead and Management Team
• Play an active part in delivering daily targets and goals for the store
• Actively support actions that reduce shrink in store
• Maintain a safe environment for the team and customers by following Health and Safety guidelines
• Practical knowledge of all e-plen device functions to support in replenishment and money mapping
• Utilize a working knowledge of stockroom content to identify replenishment opportunities and suggest appropriate replacement product for items that have sold out
• Partner with back of house, retail and visual teams to support with price changes and mark downs
• Deliver on any Duties of Responsibilities (DORs) or projects assigned by the management team
• Knowledge and adherence to all company policy and procedures
