The store is home to over 200 team members on the bustling area of Broadway and Broome. Its unique British shopping experience keeps our customers coming back for more.

The Job

Our Cash Office Assistants and are responsible for the cashing up and banking for anything up to 120 till points. Working closing with the Operational Management team they are experts in their area and have an organised and detailed approach, offering key support to the teams on the sales floors.

Must Haves

  • Genuine love for the Topshop / Topman brand with a knowledge of fashion.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work with enthusiasm and pace.
  • A desire to progress, asking for support from a Team Leader when required.
  • Passion for customer service, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront of everything that the team do.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A sound knowledge of the business processes and procedures.
  • Ability to react quickly to changing situations and delivering at pace.
  • Willingness to work late nights and early starts when required.
