At the beginning of your journey with us, you will learn about the Company, our mission and values, brand culture, meet our team and receive specific information about the hotel you are joining.
Throughout your employment, you will receive training designed to enhance your knowledge and skills. Through different on the job and classroom training, you will also have the opportunity to discover and follow new passions and expose yourself to different departments to help you grow your skills-set and get to know your colleagues.
We offer our current and future leaders management-specific training that is designed to enhance your leadership skills, and to develop your abilities to manage yourself and your teams in the workplace.
Working for such a large international hotel chain, at this level you can also expand your learning through real-world experiences by participating in our task force projects to assist with the new openings or participate in the Deputy General Manager Development Programme, the aim of which is to develop future General Managers within Meliá.
