The Aesculap Division of B. Braun Medical Ltd. provides products and services for use in operating theatres. We provide an unparalleled programme of products for all procedures covering all surgical interventions and techniques, wound closure and instrument reprocessing. We also supply an impressive range of orthopaedic implants, spinal systems and trauma devices.
With our world class manufacturing facility in Sheffield, and with our pioneering activities in navigated implantology, we are at the forefront of surgical and orthopaedic innovation.
Our Operating Room Business Group provides the fundamental needs of all surgical procedures. These comprise of general surgical instrumentation of outstanding quality and specialist products for minimally invasive diagnosis and therapy.
Complemented by our Vascular Surgery Business Group with its range of grafts, vascular accessories and vena cava filters, providing clinicians with products for both diagnosis and surgical treatment of cardio medical and cardio vascular conditions, this comprehensive product range is unequalled in both quality and value.

Our Hospital Care Division´s extensive product range features single-use medical devices and pharmaceuticals critical to the delivery of care in the fields of anaesthesia and intensive medicine.
B. Braun Hospital Care is a recognised global innovator in the development of healthcare technologies and products such as Gelofusine® Ecobag and the Mini-plasco® range have become so widely used that virtually every NHS Trust is now a B. Braun Hospital Care customer.

The Outpatient Medicine Division of B. Braun provides a range of products and services for the successful treatment of patients from the hospital to the home.
The core therapeutic areas are Stoma Care, Urology products, Disinfection and Hygiene and the Emerald service; a nursing and patient support service, which provides dedicated, comprehensive care and prescription supplies for ostomy and urology patients. Emeralds team of ´cutters´ can customise each individual ostomy pouch.
The new Disinfection and Hygiene range of products are suitable for use in the home, in hospitals, in nursing homes and at G.P. and Dental surgeries. The range provides hand disinfection and skin care products along with surface disinfectants and instrument cleaning fluids.
Our ´New Horizons´ initiative is expanding our current ranges and adding new products and services to improve the quality of life for patients.

Headquarters – Central Functions
B. Braun's UK Headquarters houses administration, finance, sales and marketing, management, human resources and information technology services, as well as the Logistics and Distribution Centre, which feeds into both the UK and Global supply chain networks.
Located just outside Sheffield within 5 minutes of the M1, our purpose-built headquarters also contains and outstanding auditorium with state-of-the-art multi-media presentation equipment, which is available for use by our customers and partners.
