The Performance Team
Actors
If you like being in the spotlight, then you're going to love lurking in the shadows. As one of our
actors at The Dungeons, you'll engineer fear and do all you can to give our visitors the creepy and
ghoulish experience they expect. Always in character, you'll either work in entertainments or help
customers around the attraction.
Performance Supervisor
The true stories behind The Dungeons are more than enough to terrify our visitors. But take the
added effect of our actors and you've got a real recipe for distress. As Performance Supervisor,
you'll guarantee the delivery of quality performances to a high theatrical standard, creating unique
and memorable guest experiences.

Front of House
Dungeon Keepers
You hold the key to The Dungeons experience. Responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and
providing them with information, you'll know every nook and cranny of the attraction. You'll also
oversee the safe operation of rides and head-up guide book sales.
Operations Manager - Front of House
Just because you're not in the thick of the action, doesn't mean you're any less part of The Dungeons
experience. In fact, all the fun starts front of house. Running guest admission, you'll manage both
Dungeon Keepers and Admissions departments with a can-do attitude in the operation of the business.
Visitor Services Manager
While we might like to make The Dungeons as real as we can, there are some things it's probably best
to leave in the past. Like the way we treat our visitors, for example. As Visitor Services Manager,
you'll lead the quality and consistency of the-day-to-day business. Working closely with the Attraction
Manager, you'll develop the attraction and do all you can to better the dungeon experience.

Technicians
Ride Engineer
To keep The Dungeons ticking over, you'll lead the technical management of ride, show and facilities
operations. From safety monitoring and maintenance to training and contractor control, you'll make
sure all our rides meet the very highest standards.
Displays Technician
The finest details make The Dungeons. As such you'll maintain our displays, seeing that all effects,
including gags, smoke machines and flame baskets, are in full working order. When required, you'll
carry out repairs and create new effects and themed displays, while at the same time enhancing and
maintaining existing areas.

Commercial Team
Commercial Manager
While our visitors might want to erase the chill of The Dungeons from their memories, we do all we can
to create an experience they'll never forget. Responsible for managing retail, catering and machine
income within the attraction, you'll make sure our visitors have a great all-round experience.
Catering Manager Our visitors don't just want to taste fear.
Responsible for the smooth and efficient management of all catering outlets, we'll satisfy their
appetite for the macabre and you'll look after the rest.
Retail Manager
While we might want to make our visitors wish they'd never set foot in The Dungeons, they always want
a reminder of a great day out. With this in mind, you'll oversee the management of all retail areas
within the attraction, creating a high quality environment and a well merchandised product.
Photography Manager Fear can strike in an instant. And it'll be
your job to make sure that moment's caught forever. As such, you'll manage the ride and souvenir
photography department within The Dungeon, delivering a professional and entertaining quality driven
photography operation.

The Senior Management Team
Attraction Manager/General Manager
A few hundred years ago, this wouldn't have been a very nice job at all. Luckily things are a little bit
different now. And as Attraction Manager of The Dungeons, you'll direct local marketing activity and
work with the Operations Manager to develop the site.
Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager
Way back when, it was fairly easy to manage dungeon personnel. But nowadays, it's much more than lock
and key. Responsible for the smooth operation of the attraction, you'll take a proactive approach to
operational issues and staff management, while assuming further responsibility in the absence of the
Attraction Manager.
