What will happen at an assessment centre?
Assessment centres are group selection events and will usually consist of 3 exercises - an ice breaker, group exercise and role play. All exercises are marked against the core competencies of the role.
When will I receive feedback after attending an interview or selection event?
We will always attempt to give feedback within one week.
What does Kurt Geiger look for in a candidate?
Candidates must firstly meet with the criteria of the role, we also look for candidates that love fashion and those that are passionate about excellent customer service and sales.
What if I can not find a suitable vacancy at this time?
Keep a look out! We are constantly opening new stores and concessions and developing our teams to
create opportunities for new talent.
What checks will be taken if I am successful?
Our HR team will check employment references going back over 5 years, for management roles this will be prior to start date.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes, but although the selection criteria may be similar, most positions require a very different skill set. Please think about the type of role that would suit you and your ultimate goals and then only apply for the appropriate vacancy.
How will I learn about the products and brands?
Within your department you will receive product training sessions from your manager.

Can I apply if I don't have a full work permit?
No. We can only consider applications from those with a full and valid permit to work in the country in which they are seeking employment
