Arora Work Placement/Internship

If you are currently studying and looking for a placement to enable you to put theory into practice then there is no better way than gaining valuable experience on an internship programme.

What does the Internship cover?

It is a 6 to 12 month work placement in an operational department, there you will receive:

Structured Orientation
Full on the job Training
On and off-the-job learning
Career Development Reviews
Personal Mentor (for 12 month Management Internship placements)
Business Projects (for 12 month Management Internship placements)
Leadership exposure (for 12 month Management Internship placements)

We ask all candidates to apply online with a covering letter and we will ensure our selection process is completely fair and consistent. This will follow with a short Telephone conversation and a face to face interview in the hotel of your choice.
