The Arcadia Group offers Industrial Placements for Retail Management, Merchandising, Finance, IT and Marketing. Placements generally start in September each year and you would be required to be studying for a relevant degree. Arcadia offers a highly successful graduate programme and Outfit takes on graduate trainees in a number of our stores. This fast track 12 month programme provides structured training to equip graduates with both the technical and behavioural skills required in Retail Management. The aim is for successful graduates to achieve the position of Sales Manager by the end of the programme.
